Will the Picnic go ahead if it’s raining?
Yes, majority of our entertainment and activities are undercover and the Picnic will proceed in the event of showers/rain (bring your raincoats & umbrella!). In the event of storms/heavy rain, please check this website for information.

What should I bring?
A picnic blanket and your family. There are lots of fresh food options at the EQ Village Markets, but you are also welcome to bring your own picnic lunch.
There is also a limited number of tables and chairs on offer in the picnic area.
What does it cost?
The Mother’s Day Royal Picnic, including the 4 hours of entertainment is FREE!
Costs are involved for the children rides (see this website for details/costs) and various activities.
Can I book for the Royal Pamper Lounge?
No, bookings are not taken in advance. Bookings are taken from 10.45am on the day of the Picnic (and fill quickly), so it’s first in basis. For those that miss out on a treatment booking, you are welcome to enjoy the relaxation areas and tea lounge within the Well Women’s Lounge.
