IMPORTANT NOTICE: MOTHER'S DAY PICNIC CANCELLED
Due to circumstances beyond their control, it is with regret that Royal Hospital for Women Foundation has cancelled the 2011 Mother’s Day Royal Picnic. The continual inclement weather has had a detrimental effect on the EQ Showring, which is now physically unable to support the structures for the event, and the weather forecast for the Mother’s Day weekend is not encouraging for our Mother’s Day picnic supporters.
Penelope Hess, the RHW Foundation Chief Executive would like to thank the many supporters who have helped with the planning of the Mother’s Day Royal Picnic.
Ms Hess says “This has not dampened our fundraising spirit, and we look forward to moving into our planning phase for next year’s exciting Mother’s Day Royal Picnic and we do hope you will join us."
