Body Beyond Baby

At Jenny Dugard’s Body Beyond Baby our focus is on ensuring mum is well looked after and given the opportunity to rebuild her health and fitness whilst enjoying a little time out for herself.  At the Mothers Day picnic we will be offering interactive 15 minute workshops to help you rebuild from the inside out. Each workshop will have time afterwards for any pre and postnatal health and fitness questions you may have.

Workshop 1- Postural Stretch and Strengthen
Additional pregnancy weight, coupled with continued feeding and lifting your little ones can often lead to hunched posture and back pain.

This workshop will teach you how to stretch out that tired upper body, while strengthening your supporting back muscles. Walk away feeling strong, tall and refreshed.Jenny Dugard's Body Beyond Baby

Workshop 2 – Abdominal Separation & Core Activation
Are you suffering from the condition ‘Diastasis Recti’?

This condition, otherwise known as abdominal separation, is a common yet often undiagnosed postnatal issue. Learn basic exercises to correct separation, allowing you to regain core strength; alleviate related back pain; and banish the dreaded ‘mummy tummy’.
